VJ Kos

President

V.J., the Principal and CEO of Triex Contracting, grew up in Port Hardy, B.C. and graduated with a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Biology. In 2011 V.J. became the principal owner and CEO of Triex Contracting Ltd. and is proud to work with a dedicated team that takes pride in their work. On weekends you'll find V.J. either enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three kids or playing soccer in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League.

Pavol Jantol

General Manager

Pavol is a construction professional. After spending the first four years in the geotechnical materials engineering industry, Pavol joined a design-build general contractor and worked on mass infrastructure projects. In 2019, Pavol joined Triex contracting as a general manager with intentions of implementing his learned skills to improve the Triex organization.

Vlad Kos

Operations Manager

Vlad brings over 20 years of experience to Triex. Starting his career running forestry equipment, Vlad has gained valuable experience by running various equipment and processing some of the largest timber in Canada. His innate and learned technical skills, along with hands-on approach, have proved vital to the growth and success of Triex. Vlad Kos has been with Triex since 2012, and manages the Field Operations of the company.

Jennifer Peden

Controller

Jennifer manages the Triex Fleet & Crew and all of your dispatching needs! Prior to joining the Triex team in 2017, Jennifer managed an excavator parts and repair company, where she increased sales by over 200% in her first year, and continued increasing sales in her years following. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of equipment parts, failures, and rebuilds, which she applies to her current role at Triex.

Jason Greenhorn

General Superintendent

Jason Greenhorn brings 20 years of experience in all aspects of heavy construction and is Red Seal Heavy Equipment Certified. His career began in west coast forestry road building, later transitioning to oversee bulk excavation, civil and infrastructure projects across BC. Jason joined Triex in 2015 and is currently General Superintendent, responsible for ensuring Triex’s high quality and safety standards from project proposal to completion.
